MARCH 2000 OPINION POLL

Last month, in our OPINION POLL, we solicited your opinions on various aspects of LOST AND FOUND and founding member, Mr. Michael D. Bridges. Below, I have tabulated the results of that poll. In fact, being a guy who uses Quicken for all matters of tabulating, I found a way to create graphs of your opinions so that color and pie charts might aid in our assessment of your responses. So, here you go . . .

1) When we asked you "Please look closely at the following alter egos for Mr. Bridges and select the one you think best fits his personality."

You said:

As you can see, the Skinny Rasta Man best fits Michael by a large margin.

2) When we asked you "In past elections, I have usually favored the candidate of the following party"

You said:

As you can see, the Rasta party has received widespread support by LOST AND FOUND listeners.

3) When we asked you "I feel that I am best understood by the"

You said:

As you can see, our friends feel really close to the Wandering Sad People. I wonder why that is, but I hope it doesn't mean that you think we're necessarily sad guys.

4) When we asked you, "LOST AND FOUND would be a much better band if only one of the members were a"

You said:

As you can see, there's no clear trend here. I'm kind of thankful you didn't suggest one of us should be a cop, since I don't think either of us is all that handy with a sidearm.

5) When we asked you, "If the concert were held today, I would be most likely to enjoy seeing the band called"

You said:

Again, you seemed supportive of Sad People. Perhaps we should drop that ambient section and play some happy songs. Of course, it might just be that the reason you put up with us is because of your affinity with sad people and we strike you as a couple of Wandering Sad Guys. Hey, if that's what it takes, we'll take the job!

Thanks to all who participated in our first-ever poll. When I have time, I hope to gather similar data over the coming months. I trust this information is invaluable to you as you choose which concerts and bands you'd like to see in the future.
